Hello

I’m Pouya Salehi, a professional karate coach and fitness trainer with over 25 years of experience in the world of sports. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and have dedicated my life to the art of Kyokushin Karate since 1998.

Throughout my career, I have competed at the highest levels in international tournaments, earning prestigious titles such as World Champion in Japan, Thailand, and Slovenia. Additionally, I achieved a runner-up title at the 2016 Shin-Kyokushin World Festival. These accomplishments are the result of unwavering discipline, relentless practice, and a passion for excellence.

Now, as a coach and mentor, I aim to share my knowledge and experience with others, guiding them to reach their own personal and athletic goals.

My Story

My journey began in 1998, when I first stepped into the world of Kyokushin Karate. What started as a personal passion quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment to the sport and its philosophy.

Years of rigorous training and local competitions paved the way for my entry into international tournaments. Competing on the world stage and achieving titles in countries like Japan and Slovenia taught me the value of perseverance, mental toughness, and the power of preparation. Each victory reinforced my belief that success is a result of hard work, dedication, and belief in oneself.

Moving to Australia was another significant milestone in my life. It provided me with the opportunity to expand my horizons and continue my journey as a coach in Melbourne. Today, I am committed to helping others discover their potential, overcome challenges, and achieve their own success, both in sports and in life.
